  • Fruit: You can use any fruit you would like! I used freshly sliced strawberries!
  • Granola: Adds a nice crunch to this these yogurt cups! The granola also adds some fiber to this snack! You can throw in additional chopped nuts if you’d like!
  • Mini non-stick silicon cupcake liners: Using silicon liners are perfect for this recipe. The yogurt does not stick to it as it sets in the freezer! (If you can’t find mini non-stick silicon liners, you can use mini paper cupcake liners. But keep in mind, they do tend to stick and are hard to remove the wrapper once the yogurt cups are frozen!)

These refreshing Yogurt Granola cups are made with creamy low-fat Vanilla Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries, and crunchy granola! They’re easy to prepare and deliciously nutritious!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low fat vanilla Greek Yogurt

  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries

  • 3/4 cup granola

Directions

  • In a bowl, mix 1 cup of low fat Greek yogurt and 1/2 cup chopped strawberries.
  • Line a mini cupcake pan with mini non-stick silicon cupcake liners.
  • Evenly divide the yogurt mixture into each cup and sprinkle granola on each cup.
  • Cover the mini cupcake pan with plastic wrap, and freeze for about 2 hours, or until frozen.
